A Planet Fitness member recently shared a hack for scoring extra HydroMassage time without asking staff for help.
In a TikTok video that’s garnered 285,000 views, user @sway2timezz demonstrates his technique by standing in front of a HydroMassage machine and saying,
“If you don’t want to go up to the front, just enter 2102 and set the time you want. I’m going with 10 minutes.” He taps in the code, hits “enter,”
and the machine whirs to life.
“Boom. Just like that,” he adds, adjusting the massage’s intensity and speed. “Don’t say I didn’t teach y’all anything.”
Viewers love the idea of unlimited massages “Oh, it’s over. Unlimited glitch,” one viewer commented, while another noted,
“It says time remaining: Unlimited.” A third viewer said, “Thanks, unc. That 10 mins on the massage bed ain’t enough.”
Is this really the right code? Planet Fitness employees who saw the video were surprised to see this information shared.
“LOL, I work at Planet Fitness. This is facts,” one user commented. Another chimed in, “How’d you know the code? I work at Planet Fitness.”
A Reddit thread on r/PlanetFitnessMembers also mentions this code. In another post, a user asked, “Is it wrong for me to give myself extra time on the HydroMassage?”
An alleged Planet Fitness worker cautioned against it.
“We have someone who does this at our club,” they replied. “Our job is to keep track of who’s using what (for multiple reasons) and ensure others get a turn. We’ll cut off the bed if we notice someone extending time without permission. If you’re at the gym, you can walk up to the desk. Maybe your location doesn’t care, but we shut it off quickly here.”
